Samsung the world's global leader in the fast growing mobile phone market consulted with NHE in summer of 2007 to the launch of their new G600 Camera phone; the plan to make the new handset more than just a phone....to make is the summers must have fashion accessory.

Together we create 'club queue jump', the goal to target the best clubs and bars across the UK and engage with the high end and fashion conscious clientele at the selected venues, through in event activity and after event activity via the web and social networks.

The campaign kicked off in conjunction with London Fashion Week and the launch event was held in partnership with Independent Models at Mahiki London. The campaign then took to the road and rolled out to 30 top clubs across the UK and Ireland.

The Samsung G600 Ambassadors (selected by NHE from key members of staff at each venue) for each venue had photo shoots and had their details uploaded to the G600 website (www.samsung-g600.co.uk). They were then given G600 phones to take photos of their guests, and to showcase the camera capabilities of the G600 phone.  

The photos of customers were uploaded to the G600 website and Facebook Group and users were invited to vote for the best looking customers at each venue using a custom built Facebook App, the best looking club goer as voted by web users won a £10,000 model book and model shoot with Independent Models in London and 14 runners up received a free Samsung G600 phone.

NHE also organised on behalf of Samsung a VIP guest list for all owners of G600 handsets during the promotional period in the selected Top 30 clubs.

Further marketing of the concept took place via londonparties.co.uk and to the londonparties member database of approx 300K members.

Since our initial campaign we have worked closely with Samsung supporting them on various promotional and marketing campaigns, more recently we have supported them on their Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer awareness campaign, by helping to raise further awareness through our celebrity and ambassador network. NHE are currently working with Samsung on some very exciting projects planned for 2009.
